SOLUTIONS

Initial velocity u = 0m/s

Acceleration a = 3m/s²

Time t = 8s

Distance s =?

Using second equation of motion

S = ut + ½at²

S = 0 x 8 + ½(3)(8)²

S = 0 + ½ x 3 x 64

S = 3 x 64/2

S = 192/2

S = 96m Answer
