Solutions 

Total distance covered s = Area of (A + B + C)

A). Distance of A

Distance= Area = ½ x b x h 

Distance= Area = ½ x (20-10) x 5

Distance = 1/2 x 10 x 5 

Distance = 50/2

Distance = 25m

B). Distance of B = b x h 

Distance= 20 x 5 = 100m

C). Distance of C = ½ b x h 

Distance = ½ x (15-10) x (20-0) 

Distance = ½ x 5 x 20

Distance = ½ x 100

Distance = 50m

∴Total distance = 25m + 100m +

 50m = 175m Answer
