SOLUTIONS

How far = distance s= ?

Time t = 4s

Initial velocity u = 0m/s

Acceleration a = 2m/s²

Applying the second equation of motion

s = ut + ½at²

s = 0 x t + ½ (2) (4)²

s = 0 + ½ x 2 x 16

s = 32/2

s = 16m Answer
